Municipal Corporations in India are the local government that administers urban areas and provide services such as healthcare, education, housing and transportation by collecting property taxes and administering grants from the state government.
Corporations provide different type of services to all Citizens where monitoring the quality and status of services is a big challenge as there is no mechanism to check for the services.

TWith the Technical support of TekIT Software Solutions, Lalitpur Municipal Corporation has taken the initiative towards digitization to facilitate citizens to easily report the issues which they are facing in municipal services.
Help Desk is a Web based Mobile integrated solution which helps the Organization to get the grievances from user, auto assign these grievances to concerned department and updating back the status to the user.
Mobile Interface for the Citizens was developed where they can check about different services of the corporation also user can lodge the complaint against issues which they are facing in Municipal Services.
Web interface for the department officials is provided which helps the Officials to receive the complaints, resolve complaints and track the complaint status.
This complete cycle of grievances redressal is fully digital, fast and easy to track and manage.
