LMS Problem Statement:-

Municipal Corporations in India are the local government that administers urban areas and provide services such as healthcare, education, housing and transportation by collecting property taxes and administering grants from the state government.
Corporations handle enormous financial transactions on daily basis where keeping the records and managing the books is a quite complex and hectic process.

Challenge:-

✔ No overall visibility and control
✔ High chances of error and poor mechanism to do the error rectifications
✔ No User Log monitoring
✔ No adequate data security measures deployed
✔ Absence of backup modules
✔ Slow operational speed
✔ Poor performance resulting less efficiency
✔ No separate login roles and hierarchy

Solution:-

We introduced a Network based Desktop Application which is a Centralized Accounting System.

LMS:-

With the Technical support of TekIT Software Solutions, Lalitpur Municipal Corporation has taken the initiative towards digitization and becoming paperless. Corporation has different types of multiple accounting records every day.
Ledger Management System is provided where the details of each transaction whether it’s inward or outward, can be logged and easily tracked in the system.
